Wondering what happened to the connected relationship you used to have?

You and your partner feel more like disconnected roommates than connected, romantic partners.

All you ever talk about anymore is the kid’s soccer schedule and who’s picking up milk on the way home.

And there’s no time for date nights or couple connection time because everything else takes priority.

All you want is to feel connected again like you used to, but you secretly wonder if it’s even possible to have a connected relationship when life is so busy.

What if it’s possible to …

Have a connected, intimate partnership again?

Feel connected, close and like each other’s person again instead of like roommates or strangers living in the same house?

And have simple ways to connect and talk about your relationship?

It’s definitely possible!

About Me

What you may know about me is that I’m an intimacy and relationship coach who helps couples create intimate connection and communication in their relationship so they can go from feeling like disconnected roommates to romantic partners again.

But what you may not know about me is that my partner and I were separated for almost five years after I finally said, “I’m done” and ended our relationship that was full of disconnection and lack of emotional intimacy.

You might notice that I said we were separated for almost five years. So, what happened at that point?

I like how simple you keep it. Doing date nights at home is right up my husband and I’s alley. And checking in with ourselves makes a lot of sense along with being intentional with each other.

You have this way of making me feel not judged … making me feel safe and like it’s okay. And when I do the hamster wheel thing and go back to my old story, you remind me and put me back on track.

I’ve been giving my husband hugs in the morning and when we get home at the end of the day (instead of the usual peck on the lips) and last night he actually put his phone down to have a 10 minute chat!
